Sea Salt to Taste

Instructions
Place all ingredients except water in a blender or food processor, blend until smooth.
Add enough water to reach desired consistency.
Allow mixture to set for one half hour if possible, to allow flavors to combine. (If you don’t have time, it’s delicious as is too!)
Taste for salt and add more tamari if needed.
Sauce will keep in refrigerator for 10 to 14 days. Makes 1½ cups.
Tip from the Kitchen: Tahini is a creamy paste made of crushed sesame seeds, and can be found in food markets near other nut butters or Middle Eastern foods. Shoyu is a soy sauce made of a mixture of soya beans and wheat, while tamari is a soy sauce made of only soya beans.
