Apple Cinnamon Energy Bites

1 Cup Dates
1 Cup Oats
2 Cups Dried Apples not freeze dried
1 TSP Cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in food processor, and process until large ball of dough forms.
Roll dough in 1 TBSP balls, and store in sealed container for up to 7 days!
Tip from the Kitchen: If the mixture in the processor seems too dry, add a small amount of water to the mixture as it blends!
