Cucumber & Labneh Bites


INGREDIENTS:

1 Cucumber (large, thickly sliced on the bias)

1/2 cup Labneh

1/3 cup Pitted Kalamata Olives (halved)

1/4 cup Mint Leaves

1 tbsp Za'atar Spice

2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Lay the cucumber slices on a serving platter. Spread each slice with labneh and top with an olive half and a mint leave.

  2. Season with zaatar, drizzle with oil, and enjoy!

NOTES:

Leftovers

Best enjoyed fresh. Refrigerate ingredients separately in a sealed container for up to three days.

Serving Size

One serving is approximately two cucumber bites.

No Labneh

Try with Greek yogurt.
