1 Cucumber (large, thickly sliced on the bias)
1/2 cup Labneh
1/3 cup Pitted Kalamata Olives (halved)
1/4 cup Mint Leaves
1 tbsp Za'atar Spice
2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Lay the cucumber slices on a serving platter. Spread each slice with labneh and top with an olive half and a mint leave.
Season with zaatar, drizzle with oil, and enjoy!
Best enjoyed fresh. Refrigerate ingredients separately in a sealed container for up to three days.
One serving is approximately two cucumber bites.
Try with Greek yogurt.
