Guilt-Free Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  1. 1½ cup almond milk or coconut milk

  2. 2 TBSP pumpkin puree

  3. 2 TBSP coconut sugar or real maple syrup

  4. 1 TBSP vanilla extract

  5. ½ TSP pumpkin pie spice

  6. ½ cup brewed coffee

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice in a small pan until the milk is hot.

  2. Whisk vigorously to obtain a foamy consistency.

  3. Pour brewed coffee into mug and mix in milk mixture.


If you'd like, you can top your latte with coconut whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!
