Pecan Dijon Salmon



Ingredients:

• 4 boneless wild salmon fillets (approx. 5 ozs. each)

• 1 tsp sea salt

• 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

• 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

• 1 Tbsp honey

• 2 tsp olive oil

• 1 cup organic orange juice

• 2 Tbsp pecan pieces

• Fresh herbs of your choosing
