• 4 boneless wild salmon fillets (approx. 5 ozs. each)
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 Tbsp honey
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1 cup organic orange juice
• 2 Tbsp pecan pieces
• Fresh herbs of your choosing
Preheat oven to 425,°F degrees.
Line a glass baking dish with parchment paper.
Rinse salmon, pat dry and place on parchment paper.
Season with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, and orange juice until smooth.
Brush the mixture on the salmon fillets. Sprinkle the pecan pieces evenly over the salmon fillets.
Place in the oven and bake 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
Remove from oven and serve.
