Have you ever heard of oil pulling? Oil pulling is an ancient method used for oral health and detoxification. Pure oils work to pull harmful fungus, bacteria, and other organisms from your mouth and throat area.
Sesame oil is the most popular oil used for oil pulling. Simply place one tablespoon of organic sesame oil into the mouth, and swish it around for approximately to 10-15 minutes, and then spit it out.
