I wanted to share with you something that is SO important every day, especially in this heat! WATER! Water is what keeps our bodies going, and without it, dehydration and fatigue set in. If we fail to drink the proper amount of water each day, our internal organs suffer, as they cannot work well without proper hydration. Also, our bodies cannot perform critical metabolic processes without water! And the best part: It cuts down on our sugar cravings!


FORMULA FOR DAILY WATER CONSUMPTION: 1/2 YOUR BODY WEIGHT IN OUNCES PER DAY!
