Ingredients
1 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
2 1/2 cup cups of swiss chard kale or spinach
1/2 avocado
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp flax seed
1 tsp chia seed
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blend or nutribullet and blend!
