Craving Stopper Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk

  2. 2 1/2 cup cups of swiss chard kale or spinach

  3. 1/2 avocado

  4. 1 frozen banana

  5. 1 tbsp almond butter

  6. 1 tsp flax seed

  7. 1 tsp chia seed

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blend or nutribullet and blend!
