Fruit & Nut Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup mixed fresh or frozen berries

  2. 1/2 cup coconut milk

  3. 1/2 cup coconut water

  4. 1/2 frozen banana

  5. 2 tsp almond butter or a handful of almonds

  6. 1 packed cup spinach

  7. 1 scoop protein powder if desired

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or nutribullet
