Ingredients
2 cups coconut milk or almond/hemp milk
1 inch piece fresh ginger or more
2 cups dark leafy greens or spinach
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup of water
1/2 avocado
1 green apple peeled and cored
1 TBSP hemp seed or flax seed
Instructions
Add all the ingredients in a blender, add water as needed for consistency. Enjoy!
