Post Workout Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups coconut milk or almond/hemp milk

  2. 1 inch piece fresh ginger or more

  3. 2 cups dark leafy greens or spinach

  4. Juice of 1 lemon

  5. 1 cup of water

  6. 1/2 avocado

  7. 1 green apple peeled and cored

  8. 1 TBSP hemp seed or flax seed

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender, add water as needed for consistency. Enjoy!
