Prosciutto Wrapped Watermelon


INGREDIENTS:


1 tbsp Basil Leaves


1/4 Seedless Watermelon (medium, cubed)


1 1/2 ozs Prosciutto


1 tsp Balsamic Glaze



DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place one basil leaf on a cube of watermelon and wrap in a piece of prosciutto until fully covered. Thread a small bamboo skewer or toothpick through the watermelon, if desired.

  2. Continue until all ingredients are used up. Drizzle the balsamic glaze on top and enjoy!

Leftovers


Best enjoyed fresh. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one day.
