Chicken Cabbage Wraps


  • 4 oz. prepared chicken breast

  • 1⁄2 cup mango, chopped

  • 1⁄2 avocado, cubed

  • 1 large tomato, cubed

  • 2 TBSP of lime vinaigrette (recipe below or just use olive oil and lime)

  • 6 large basil leaves, sliced thin

  • 4 large Napa cabbage leaves

(Lime Vinaigrette):

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • 1/2 TSP sea salt

  • 1 TSP honey

  • 1⁄4 cup olive oil

  • Place all ingredient in bowl and whisk for 30 seconds, place in airtight container


  1. Chop one serving of chicken breast, place in a bowl

  2. Add mango, avocado, tomato and vinaigrette.

  3. Season to taste, and toss gently, add in basil.

  4. Divide chicken mixture among cabbage leaves. This will make 2 servings.
