Gluten Free Seeded Cracker


INGREDIENTS:


1 cup Mixed Seeds (Any seed combo will work. Hemp, chia, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, etc.

2 tbsps Nutritional Yeast

1 tsp Dried Oregano

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Dehydrated Onion

1 tsp Red Chili Flakes

1 tsp Sea Salt & Black Pepper

2/3 cup Cassava Flour

2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp Dried Rosemary

1 tsp Dried Basil

3/4 cup Warm Water


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat Oven to 325. Place all dry ingredients in a medium bowl and stir together. Add olive oil and warm water and stir until combined. Pour mixture on to a Silicone pad or parchment paper, place plastic wrap over top and roll out until the dough is 1/2 inch thickness. Remove plastic and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or just until the edges turn golden brown. Let cool and break into pieces. Enjoy!

NOTES

MIXED SEEDS

You can use any combo. I used pumpkin, sunflower, sesame both black and white, hemp seeds. You could also use flaxseed, pine nuts, toasted quinoa, etc.
