Goat Cheese & Strawberry Crostinis



INGREDIENTS:


1/2 cup Goat Cheese


4 ozs Sourdough Baguette (sliced, toasted)


1/2 cup Strawberries (chopped)


2 tbsps Balsamic Glaze


1/2 tsp Sea Salt (flaky)



DIRECTIONS:


  1. Spread the goat cheese onto the baguette slices.

  2. Top with strawberries. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle the flaky salt on top. Enjoy!


 NOTES:


Leftovers


Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.


Serving Size


One serving is approximately two crostinis.


More Flavor


Sprinkle some chili flakes on top or sliced jalapeño.
