Guilt-Free Brownies

Ingredients

  1. cup ½sweet potato puree or pumpkin puree ~1 small sweet potato

  2. 1 small avocado

  3. 2 whole eggs

  4. cup ⅓honey

  5. 2 TBSP coconut oil melted

  6. 3 TBSP coconut flour

  7. cup ⅓raw cocoa powder

  8. 1 ½ tsp. baking soda

  9. ¼ tsp. sea salt

  10. cup ⅓mini chocolate chips

  11. cup ¼walnuts chopped* optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Line a mini-muffin tin with paper liners or grease with oil.

  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, mixer or food processor, except for the chocolate chips.

  3. Blend the ingredients just until smooth.

  4. Fold in ¼ cup chocolate chips and optional walnuts.
