This recipe is an appetizer I whipped up at home, and only ended up eating about two bites, since my family jumped on it before I could! It’s super simple and takes very little time – perfect for those moments with unexpected guests! Enjoy!
2 heads endive
1 bartlett pear
4 TBSP feta or goat cheese
1 TSP pesto
Cut bottom of endive and place leaves on serving tray.
Place one slice of pear in each leaf.
Sprinkle feta cheese on top, and drizzle with teaspoon of pesto.
