Ingredients:
3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 1/2 tsps Ground Flax Seed
1 1/2 tsps Hemp Seeds
1/2 Navel Orange (peeled and sectioned)
3/4 cup Frozen Berries
1 cup Baby Spinach
Direction
1. Place all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy! (Pour into a mason jar if you are on the go.)
