Winter Berry Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1 1/2 tsps Ground Flax Seed

  • 1 1/2 tsps Hemp Seeds

  • 1/2 Navel Orange (peeled and sectioned)

  • 3/4 cup Frozen Berries

  • 1 cup Baby Spinach

Direction



1. Place all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy! (Pour into a mason jar if you are on the go.)
