  1. 6 TBSP chia seeds

  2. 2 cups unsweetened organic coconut almond or cashew milk

  3. 1/2 TSP vanilla extract

  4. 1 TBSP maple syrup honey or natural sweetener of choice (optional)

  5. blueberries and raspberries for topping
