Dark Chocolate Power Bites

  1. 3 TBSP organic dark or semi-sweet chocolate

  2. 1/4 cup mixture of cherries, raw cashews, raw almonds, raw walnuts


  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate, being careful not to burn it.

  2. Microwave for 20 seconds, and then stir. If not completely melted, microwave for an additional 10 seconds.

  3. On a piece of wax paper, make circles of chocolate with a spoon. They should be about the size of a quarter. Place the fruit and nut mixture on top of the chocolate, pressing it down lightly.

  4. Let chocolate bites dry for approximately 40-60 minutes. You can pop them in the refrigerator to speed up the process.

  5. Optional: Top with chia seed or flax seed for more Omega 3's!
