2 cups steel oats
5 cups water
1/2 cup whole milk almond or coconut milk
3/4 cup maple syrup
1 TBSP cinnamon
1 TSP salt
Mix all ingredients together in crockpot.
Allow to cook overnight on low (or on high for about 4 hours).
Once done, place in mini bread loaf pans and stick in fridge. Slice piece and enjoy.
