Peach Frozen Yogurt

  1. 1 16 oz. bag frozen peaches, or 4 fresh peaches, frozen solid

  2. 3 tablespoons honey

  3. 1/2 cup plain yogurt non-fat or whole

  4. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  5. 2 tablespoons thick coconut cream


  1. Add the frozen peaches, honey, yogurt and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor.

  2. Process until creamy, about 5 minutes.

  3. Serve the frozen yogurt immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.
