Red Bell Peppers with Turmeric Yogurt Dip


INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt

14 tsp Turmeric

1/8 tsp Sea Salt (to taste)

1/2 Red Bell Pepper (seeds removed, sliced)


DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl, mix together the coconut yogurt, turmeric, and salt. Serve alongside the bell peppers. Enjoy!


NOTES:

LEFTOVERS

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to four days.

MORE FLAVOR

Add fresh herbs, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, or onion powder.

ADDITIONAL TOPPINGS

Add cucumber slices, tomato, olives, carrots, and/or crackers.
