Samoa Girl Scout Cookie


2 cups Dates (soaked and soften)

6 pieces Gluten-Free Graham Crackers

1/2 cup Sunflower Butter

1 cup Toasted Coconut

1 tsp Vanilla

Pinch of Cardamom


  1. Add all ingredients to food processor. Form cookies, dip in toasted coconut, use a chopstick for whole in the center, dip in melted dark chocolate, then drizzle a little on top and freeze.
