The Best Lemon Bites


Ingredients:

  • 2 Cup Puffed Rice Cereal

  • 4 tbsp Flaxseed Meal

  • 6 tbsp Chia Seed

  • 2 Cup Shredded Cocunut

  • 1/2 Cup Crushed Nuts

  • 1/2 Cup Almond Butter

  • 1/2 Cup Cocunut Butter or Oil

  • 6 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

  • 1-1/2 tsp Ginger Powder

  • 1-1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder

  • 2 Lemon, Zested

  • 2 tsp Vanilla Essence or Vanilla Bean Paste

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.

  2. Add in wet ingredients and mix well to combine.

  3. Spoon small spoonsful into your hand and roll into balls.

  4. Place on a lined tray and place into the freezer and set for 20 minutes.
